Obsocrypha is the god of the unknown, secrecy, forbidden knowledge, and darkness. They act as a guardian for the Realm of the Gods as a whole; they are in charge of keeping up the fog on the outskirts of the world that separates it from the world of the living. Were they to remain dead for too long, the barrier between the two worlds would disappear, leaving the Realm of the Gods open and accessible to anyone who sailed out far enough.
